许重一牧师是晓士顿西区基督教会的主任牧师。他生於台北，父亲过世後十四岁与母亲和弟妹移民到美国。大学毕业後从事电脑晶片设计工程师。之後蒙主呼召去念神学，达拉斯神学院毕业後随即加入西区教会为英语传道，负责青少年和英语成人事工。他在2001年成为主任牧师，在西区教会牧会至今三十年，带领教会多次植堂。许牧师服事的负担是聖經教導，靈命造就，普世宣教与华人两代之间的沟通与传承。許周筱琪師母也是達神基督教教育的碩士，對家庭教育和敬拜有負擔。他們夫妻有兩個成年的孩子。許牧師與師母喜欢一起旅遊和散步，一起作敬拜和婚姻伴行（Marriage mentoring）的服事。

Pastor David Hsu is the Senior Pastor at West Houston Christian Church (WHCC). He was born in Taipei and immigrated to the US at age 14 with his Mom and siblings after his father passed away. After college he worked as a chip designer, went to Dallas Seminary two years later, graduating with a ThM with a pastoral leadership focus. He joined WHCC to serve in youth and English ministry, and became the senior pastor in 2001, and has served at WHCC for 30 years, leading the church to multiple church planting projects. Pastor David has a heart for Bible teaching, spiritual formation, global missions and the communication and legacy between the generations. His wife Cheryl has a master’s degree from DTS in Christian education, with a passion for family ministry and worship. They are proud parents of two adult children. Pastor David and Cheryl enjoy travel and taking walks, as well as serving together in worship and marriage mentoring.
